Asking for help doesn't mean you are weak, damaged or incompetent. We are not meant to know all of the answers or do it all by ourselves. Asking for help means that you want to be stronger, more resilient and confident but just need some support to break old habits, recognize unhealthy patterns and achieve the personal growth you seek.

I help my clients relate better to themselves and others, communicate and pursue their needs and achieve their primary therapeutic goal - to not only feel better but to get better and find peace in their lives. I specialize in addressing relational conflict, struggles with identity, self esteem, life transition issues, vocational/career challenges, domestic violence and addictions.

Whether you are new to therapy or recommitting to work through a lifelong struggle, we will work together to help you reach your goals of positive mental health and wellness.
